Lloyd Trotter
Chairman, Director

Lloyd G. Trotter became Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners after a nearly 40-year career with General Electric capped by his being appointed a vice chairman of the company in August 2006. As a vice chairman of GE and president and chief executive officer of GE Industrial, Trotter was responsible for a $28 billion business with nearly 80,000 employees worldwide.

Steven Walin
Director

Steven Walin joined GVI in March of 2006, from General Electric (GE) Security Enterprise Solutions, where he was President from April 2003. Mr. Walin is a 25-year veteran of the security industry.

Joseph Restivo
Director

Joseph Restivo has 20 years executive experience in the security industry including three turnarounds.  He was with Casi-Rusco (now a GE company) in various roles including CFO, VP Operations and President. He was also with STG, a national systems integrator, (acquired by Siemens) as it’s Sr. VP of Services and Business Development and just prior to joining GVI he was a consultant providing turnaround and planning advice. He has been with GVI since early 2006.

Rena Clark
Director

Rena Clark is a Partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners and joined the firm in 2007. She brings over 20 years of general management and entrepreneurial experience to GenNx360 GVI Holding, Inc. Prior to joining, Rena led a distressed company's turnaround as CEO and President. Clark earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering with honors from Lamar University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ken Boyda
Director

Ken Boyda most recently held the position of president and CEO of GE Security, a $2 billion global business focused on communication and information technologies for security, safety and lifestyle enhancements. GE Security was initially formed through General Electric's acquisition in 2002 of Interlogix, Inc., where Boyda served as president, CEO, and director.

David Schuldt
Director

David Schuldt has most recently served as a Member of the Board of Directors and management advisor to Deister Electronics, GmbH, Barsinghausen, Germany, a leading worldwide supplier of advanced RFID and security products. Over the past five years, he has also acted as an advisor to several Venture Capital firms as they pursued investments in the security and personal identification markets.

Rich Anderson
Chief Technology Officer

19 years of experience in the security industry. He was the former VP of Marketing for GE Security’s Enterprise Group, where he definined the product strategy. Prior to that, Rich worked for GE as the VP of Business and Market Development, where he helped lead the definition of their security acquisition and technology strategy. Rich was also the VP of Engineering, and in charge of the development of access control products.

Fernando Tomasiello
Senior Vice President, Latin America Operations & Sales

10 years of experience in the security industry; was Director of Sales for South America for Global Options International Inc.; from 1998 to 2000, was VP of Sales for International Security Experts Systems.

Brian Leland
Vice President, North America Sales

Prior to joining GVI, Brian built the national integrator sales team at GE Security which focused on the top national security providers in the US. Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communications from Concordia College.

Tom Galvin
Vice President, Product Management

Prior to founding NetVideo Consulting, Galvin was vice president of engineering at GE Security, vice president of product development at Verint and director of engineering at MCI Telecommunications. He holds a BSEE in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and MBA in marketing from the University of Iowa.

Esra Pope
Vice President, Marketing

9 years of experience in the security industry; former leader of project integration for Military and Government security sales and marketing in Turkey.

Chris Young
Vice President, Finance

Former Director of Finance at i2 Technologies.  Prior to i2, he worked at GE for 5 years.  Chris holds a BA in Finance from the University of Kentucky, a MBA from the University of Illinois, and is a licensed CPA.

Eduardo Drewnick
Director, Supply Chain Management

Eduardo Drewnick joined GVI in 2003. He has extensive experience in international business and has held positions in international sales and operations. Eduardo has a MBA from the University of South Florida in International Business and Marketing and worked as a project manager in consulting projects at the USF Center for Economic Development while pursuing his degree.

Manuel Pecino
Director, Technical Services

Manuel has 14 years experience in the Security Industry. Prior to joining GVI in 2003, he was Director of Services for Ultrak Inc. He has also proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps.

Susan Wells
Manager, Customer Service

6 years of experience in the security industry; Former National Account Executive for Bollinger Industries.  Prior to Bollinger, she was an Assistant Regional Sales Manager for Ocean Garden Products working with the company for 13 years.
