Each appliance has a 3 Year ProSupport warranty from Dell that includes complete protection on all components and on-site technical support. A 3 year software service plan further protects the investment by including unlimited software technical support and free autoIP™ feature upgrades. The autoIP™ NVR solutions are designed to reduce installation time and maintenance costs of network video systems. autoIP™ is an “open” platform that is compatible with a variety of major IP camera manufacturers.
